Sportsbet.io used to be the best site to play, but a lot of unpaid and confiscated money. They turned their main page on bitcointalk into a page where steve and bots correspond. Their customer service has become a disaster.

Based of with real experience with Sportsbet, i dont have any problems with it neither into those things you had mentioned which its unbelievable that they had really these kind of issues.
There might be some which cant really be avoided but the important thing is that they do able to resolved it out.They wont really be that popular if they had these shady activities.
My choices according to ranking;

2. Stake
