Wait until the time becomes exactly on the hour (1:00:00, 2:00,00 and so on) and then paste your txid into ViaBTC's transaction accelerator so they can put it in one of their blocks.

You have to submit it quickly because they only take the first 100 for free and the service is spammed to death, so it runs out of free slots after a few minutes.

Some guy did that for a transaction of mine, works better than all the on-forum services of the same available.
