Yes, Floyd is 44 years old but he is not a damage good as let's say compare to Manny Pacquiao. He knows how to preserved his health inside the ring during his career. Can Logan train in couple of months to become as good as boxer as McGregor? It takes years to become a good boxer, and I don't think that Logan can suddenly be as good as Conor, not gonna happen. No one has cleanly hit Floyd in his career, suddenly this Logan will have a chance to just hit him? Floyd will dictate the fight here from the beginning, he will choose the fight that he will win. He dictate the tempo and let Logan gasses out, just like in the Conor fight.
Really depends on the money that is going to be on the line for Floyd, I am pretty sure that if the deal is sweet, maybe Floyd can be persuaded into doing something to propel Logan Paul's career in the boxing scene. I still have doubts with Logan Paul but I don't think that there is anything to worry.
There's nothing to worry because Logan Paul has nothing to loss here, he is just a youtuber that are trying his journey in boxing, and even if he is as successful as his brother in boxing, there's still no way that he can defeat an old Floyd, just a real talk.

Floyd I think is too early to retire. He still has his goods and he still has the power to beat opponents. Manny Pacquiao I think with all of the non-boxing things he has been doing I think is not really made him a damaged good as one responder would claim, but rather just made him something of a slacker in boxing. Anyway, going back to Logan Paul, I don't know what's his real score why he wants to box or wants to fight the other boxers but all I can do is wish him the best.
