It was not graded properly. It was graded as a cancel, when in fact the standard Vegas (and Pinnacle) rules state that suspended games that have gone longer than 5 innings revert back to the score from the last fully completed inning. This bet should have been graded as a win (4-3 reds at end of last completed inning, which was the 7th). All other books have graded reds as a winner.

That rule was not applied because the match was not canceled, but rather it was interrupted, and will resume today at 2:10pm AZ time.
Additionally your bet was also placed during the play (live betting) and not before the event takes action.
Rule applied:
If a game is suspended in order to be resumed at a later date, all bets on the Game-period markets are void, and bets on completed periods have action. Hope it clarifies,

I just attempted to place a live wager on Galatasaray vs Nesibe Ayden , Turkish Women's Basketball. I attempted a 2.4 mbtc bet on Nesibe. Your system took the 2.4 mbtc and it does not show in my pending wagers. It does show in my pending (orange number in upper right) balance though.

20 min later and still not showing as a pending wager, but the funds are still not in my balance. I am operating under the assumption that you booked my bet. Here is the screenshot showing 2 pending wagers for 1.5mbtc total, but 3.9 in pending funds in upper right. I have no pending parlays and I do not play casino or have any pending withdrawals.
