I think this is the most stupid justification from a scammer which I saw science all my gambling career. "We banned you because you violated our ToS, but we don't tell you exact paragraph in our ToS that you violated. Fuck you, that's why"  Grin . Lazy russian scammers, heh.
Well said and if we do talk about transparency then this one is just as murky as hell. Not giving out some reason and just simply telling that they had violated their ToS? thats BS.
