[...much snip...] But I doubt that we can have a world without government, and it seems that the more dense the population (such as in BIG cities), the more needs there are for a variety of government services. There does not seem to be enough land for each person to have self-sustainability and voluntariness without attempting to account for various public goods, whether we are talking about roads or air and water or even questions about access to property that could be classified as either public or private depending on the structure - and I question whether removing government even resolves property rights and access matters.

All these pie in the sky visions that people can have their own space blah blah blah, works fine and dandy if you happen to live on an island, and gosh, I will let you guys go first who are going to be the mars pioneers and I will stick it out here on boring earth with the boring hookers, lambos and blow, even though there is some pollution of air and water in these here parts, there are still decent ways to make them potable.

It is still there. As I type this post, it is around 100 coins (which would be $5,180,000 million - not really that BIG of a wall, no?)
Even though you are suggesting that such wall of 100 coins for sale has actual stopping power, seems that the BIGGER question would be whether it gets eaten or pulled, no?
