As other have pointed out, you have to provide evidence that you are the owner and I have to say that this is a lesson for you because if you have the right credentials that only the owner could know then you wouldn't be hassled by the slow progress of recovery. Your other issue is a ban which I hope can be appealed and have it lifted but I don't know any users that have gone that path and got their bans lifted.
