I want to warn against this exchange. I tried to withdraw my ETH today but constantly received the message: "Transaction fee is incorrect. Please submit new withdrawal request". Withdrawing was impossible. I sent a mail to support@nominex.io. This email was mentioned in one of their papers. However the email returned undelivered. Nominex also doesn't have a support ticket service. Their chat button does not work. They have no Telegram channel for support. Engage at your own risk.
