im having problems when loading latest solvemedia captcha, it isn't loading (appearing), I'm using google chrome, then I switched to firefox, It was perfectyl then after a day it wasn't working again, what's the problem? do i need to update something? like a plugin? or what..? 

also can you fix this thing:
"The last posting from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago. Please try again later."
