i dont think that this is appropriate and will be coming any time soon.
I just want to say that it's not going to happen. Why? Because ETH is a coin that dah long perched and has also been widely used for payment transactions in the business world. If competing is possible, but ETH I am sure will continue to exist in the crypto world.
and because Waves is a Dying coin now and ethereum is climbing high , even Binance coin (BNB) can't even get close to the capitalization of Ethereum.There is nothing to be replaced ETH not in our time now.
