If that is the case, KYC must be made before payment, then payment will be required when the card is ready to be ordered.  For less hassle in case, KYC is not successful due to a restricted region or country or for any other reason.  Also, why video?  Isn't a selfie enough?  And since it's a crypto card, you shouldn't lose the payment option using cryptocurrency, well I understand because it's volatile, but you can set an automatic rate change based on the current market price.
