Hi, I found a Minereum airdrop of 32000 coins on my wallet (Erc20 Token Wallet). Can I trade them even if there are high fees, or is this all a joke? 
No, not at all. The only thing you can do is upgrade your address to Level 2 or Level 3 to begin mining MNE tokens.
You will never be able to trade or transfer 32,000 MNE tokens that were airdropped, but only newly mined minted (mined) tokens.
Upgrading to level 3 enables transfer (unlike level 2 and 1 where transfers are blocked) and you can transfer up to your mined coins.
