As a baseline, ixc price today was $.20.  Was .005 about 2-3 months ago where it laid in waste for years no matter what we did.  I couldn’t give IX away in Romania for free where people make $380 per month because it was so cheap they looked at me like I was a scammer or crazy.  Really shocking experience.
