Hello everyone, as you know we are trying to softfork into Segwit using Versionbits for almost a year now, but there are still miners/pools who are mining old blocks / have no versionbits enabled.

Old clients with version 0.16.3.3 have stopped supporting Segwit on 31 December because I underestimated the time it would take to have everyone update their wallet.
Segwit and CSV are important for moving forward because they'll unlock a new address format (Bech32) and allows us to get listed on decentralized exchanges. If we will not reach those 90% support until 31 December 2021 I will probably force-enable it, but I'd like to avoid that and get everyone on board instead.
