Checking the ticket records, I can see that originally you confirmed the consent to go through the KYC checks. We encourage you to comply with our requirements and after that, you'll be able to withdraw funds. Thank you for your understanding.
This is most certainly not a valid excuse to withhold customer funds. If you won't let the customer send their funds elsewhere, they should at the very minimum be able to send them back to the address that sent the initial deposit. It's amazing that your website hasn't been confiscated yet.
