AskGamblers.com is run by some marketing a**holes who are lining their pockets at the expense of the players!
It's the second time they have closed one of my complaints without even giving me a chance to make a statement on the casino's reply:

I've asked their support why they even closed my complaint as 'resolved' but they refused to give me a reason.
But hey, it's good for their statistics, I guess. They can add another completely unresolved dispute to their resolved record and everybody - except the player - is happy!
