Copy the exact same idea of the game, the same style, and make a copy on the web (Facebook games actually did this and it was very similar to the mobile version), with a slight change in the paper distribution algorithm (such as BJ) i.e.: adding Provably Fair. In fact, my idea branched out into two, 1. Create a casino that pays for cryptocurrencies (based on the same idea of the game that I mentioned above), 2. The game remains the same, but with the Provably Fair addition as well.

Why? :

In fact, I love this game, and I have an account and I made some purchases in it (over $ 500), and what I noticed was before I paid in the game was making me always and significantly lose, but what I noticed after I upgraded my account to VIP, I was playing with real people who have Pictures in their account, while I own three cards (+4 which means that I will win without talking), and this was the first match after the purchase, i.e.: as a gift from the game (certainly not a coincidence), I see this is not a gift, but rather a fraud, so this idea came Mine.

Copying the same idea of other games and improve it is a wise decision, but then you would have a hard time developing a system that can be trusted by people, unless you make your codes open-sourced. Why? Implementing it in a decentralized blockchain would not really affect the security of your system, not unless someone forked it or duplicated it with malicious lines of codes and make it downloadable on third party stores. UNO games are fun indeed, but you can really have a hard time developing a whole "provably fair" casino that focuses on that game in this era whereas it isn't treated with money involved.
