Why should Stake reward it's customers when there are maintenance? The maintenance is done to improve the long-term experience of the user. (reducing errors / improving security / reducing lag etc.)

Will your Bank give you a bonus into your Bank account when their systems are down for maintenance? It is inevitable that sites will go down, once in a while, so we should not demand something when that happens.
