I have all conversations with couple of people from support and believe me THEY DON'T WANT TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM,THEY WANT TO TAKE MY MONEY.
if you have more evidence to provide then you should post it here. complete evidence is necessary if you want people to properly understand your issue. you should also follow the scam report format(quoted below) to properly show your issue. I also suggest contacting their forum representative. he/she might be able to help increase the progress of your case.
