I can make screenshots of conversations with support if that can help to understand my problem. One of them said my funds is losted,another say funds are safe and to wait for solving,but after 4 months of transaction absolutely nothing happen. I gave them solution but with support i can't talk about that.

As you said it's already gone 4 months still now good things from their support. Most provably they are unable to do it. Or They are thinking one day you will forget it and don't ask to solve

. For why they are postponed again and again to help you..
since there is a mistake from your end and it's beyond their terms so it's normal that they will refuse to help you. Now you can talk with the man who manage cex official account here. Who know maybe he can solve it faster.
