With that odds, I would still take Manny Pacquiao to win this fight, for -120, I need to bet $120 to win $100.. that's okay. However, it's not verified yet until it's already listed in our bookies, and what's more important is the first step which both fighters has to agree, sign the contract and start training.
No more Crawford vs Pacquiao discussion, that fight is officially off.
Definitely, as Manny's fan, regardless if he is the favourite or not, we're going to throw some money on him. Although others may want to see a Crawford fight, this is a good second choice for Pacquiao. He can still make good money out of this fight (and probably help him financially for the next election if he run for the Presidency). So Manny all the way, by decision or by knockout in later rounds.
As a fan whoever he'll face it's still good enough to see him inside the ring again. Though Crawford's call is highly anticipated but like what you have said, this also generates interest.
And for this upcoming elections he needed lots of fund for his candidacy, might see him aiming for a higher position not sure though if he'll be running for presidency but the point is clear he needs money to funds not just his campaign but also those good works that he continue to give from those in need.
