in time add email i got error and i was can't confirmed email on account because this error

because system push me to confirmed email but i was can't confirmed because error and i was ask support to send me my funds by they said NO
It is reasonable why support cant sent your money before your email is confirmed. It is to make sure that you are the real owner of the account. Any sites will do the same imho as it will be very risky if they send it directly without the confirmation. You should admit your own mistake in this case. You are not patient enough to wait until they fix the error and you decided to bet with your balance. Any sites wont give what you have lost back for similar/same case. You have to move on, accept your own mistake and accept the reality that you have lost it.

after try many times i got notification need waiting a day ( 24 hours ) this mean scam because they know we can't waiting till busted it
in time talk to support send me money its was in balance befor lost it they said no so its mean scam 100%
