I would go for the keeping silent route because most trolls get high over the fact that people get worked up or triggered with their words, remember don't feed the trolls, you will lose in the end because they get their sense of self worth by triggering as much people as they possibly can.
They are there to destroy your focus so best to ignore and focus always on your game although we can't deny that they are so irritating but if we will show them that we are not affected on their mind games they will be tired hitting us or anyone.
If you get triggered to them its your lose and they will be laughing on the result so don't lost your phase to them.
