Before the ICANN transfer lock expires, the domain name cannot be transferred to a different registrar (e. g. GoDaddy, AWS Route 53, …), but indeed it can be transferred within Namecheap to another account.

The domain names are only registered and have not been used by me for any project.

Exchange rate USD/BTC per bitpay.com rate at the time of payment.  Payment via escrow is fine with me – buyer pays escrow fees if any.  Otherwise buyer goes first unless you are trusted.  With trusted buyers I can offer payment of 50% before domain transfer and 50% afterwards.
