pancakeswap and 1inch are very good dex among those. Uniswap only trades ethereum tokens so gas fee in uniswap is very high. but if you use pancake swap you could easily trade your coins for cheap fee. in pancake the fee is usually from 0.001 to 0.003 BNB.. I never see higher than that fee for buying selling any tokens in swap.

Regarding the CEX. CEX are good for live trading.
