Every sportsbook I play at users come whining for "lost opportunity" during maintenance. So weird:)
What are those sportsbooks that you played and they compensated such lost opportunity every maintenance that they do? sounds weird but I don't think it's necessary.
That's normal to see casinos have their own maintenance time just as the other online services that we use. But defining lost opportunity, it's quite hard to say that a user has lost one just because of it.
WHen you have 10 min or 1 hour reloads it's quite easy to define lost opportunity.
For example, if you had $15 reloads every hour, and stake was down for 4 hours, you missed out on claiming $60.
