I also believe in that but here OP clearly believes that his mistake for getting the neg is that he posts in a wrong section and not because he posts to promote a Ponzi scheme...

Unfortunately my friend, has only been sorry for posting in the wrong section. No regrets for running a scam scheme...
So I'm pretty sure that his negative will stay and perhaps soon will have more than one.
