Ive never done something so stupid i didnt read the terms and conditions that said I cant place bets over $10 and the rules still appy after playthrough is finished and well i kept playing until i was up to about 20k and decided it was time to withdraw and got this message instead of my money ....totally my fault for not reading the terms
not reading t&c is a stupid thing so dont deny and say that you havent but is 10$ the max amount you can bet in this casino ? because it says the 10$ rule apply after playing in bonus is finished , thats small but all casino has much more limit than that and that casino shouldnt allow you to start betting if the amount exceeds over 10$ but the atleast they admit their mistake because they refunded you . now whats your plan , are you going to try again or withdraw and play in other casino due to dissappointment .
