Scientists of the Main Research Institute completed the study of the found artifact and, as a result, its unique property was discovered. The discovery was so overwhelming that a special committee was set up by the United Earth Government to continue investigation of the Artifacts.

The Artifact Committee will be engaged in their search, study and storage. In addition, a law "About Artifacts Sharing" was adopted. The government appeals to the fact that the power of the artifacts is so huge that they cannot stay in the same hands. As a result of fierce debate, a compromise was found. Formally, the ownership of the artifact will be retained by the person who found it. But regardless of ownership, any discoverer will be able to take the advantage of its unique properties by paying rent to its owner.

The ownership of the first artifact, which scientists have named Father Deep, will be transferred to the owner of the planet 43 in Novel on which it was found. All discoverers will be able to participate in the search for the new artifacts by energy staking.

The published information clarifies the future of the artifacts, but many questions remain. The United Earth Government declined to comment further and suggested waiting for details to be released through official sources.
