You must keep them for a long term.  BNB had gone through that pump and dump stage.  With the creation of BSC, it offers innovation on the market.  With its cheap transaction fee, and many projects shifting and created in BSC network, I think you got yourself a gem simply by holding BNB.  It is very promising at this point so rather than waiting for the pump, it is best to wait for the BNB market to establish its price as time goes by.
