Since it is not fully completely, we are unable to fill out the full application that they provide, thus, we wanted to know the approximate amount of money we need to raise and how much ahead of time we would need to submit the application for us to launch at our desired time.
Then it's better you first work on your project and try to make it as good as possible so as to meet the Binance vetting criteria for projects that want to apply to be listed on the launchpad.
it's only then after qualifying that they will tell you how much it could cost you. You never know the could be taking a percentage cut from what you would collect from the IEO rather than asking you to pay in advance.
