I'm wondering why aren't chips locked automatically? I mean, what's the point of keeping them unlocked? You can't do anything with them apart from locking them in order to generate passive income, right? If it's made this way in order to draw users' attention to what's happening in the Vault, I agree, it should be like this. But maybe I'm just missing something?
This is my personal opinion about it but I think that the in the future, we might be able to do something about those chips. The most logical explanation would be to withdraw it from the site and sell it most likely (?). As of now, chips is not a token yet and it doesnt exist in any blockchain at all but probably it could be a plan for the future
Otherwise there is no point to really code that lock and unlock feature for The Vault but this is purely my own speculation about this
