Starting a catch-all thread for reference links for bounty/sig cheaters and ban evaders. I was offended by some especially scammy-sounding projects running bounties on the forum and wouldn't you know it, they are filled to the brim with cheaters. Normally ban evasion shouldn't be a tag-able offense but if the case resides in the small grey area outside of what the mods consider to be evidence and what I know is evidence, I'm gonna tag them.

Local rules: Anyone tagged or mentioned in this thread is allowed to respond. Others can feel free to chime in with additional evidence, but the thread is mainly for the purpose of my tag/report references and this is not meant to be a general alts thread. Please no off-topic posts or trolling.
