Quite a while ago, I expressed my opinion about BetFury`s customer support process here in this thread as well as on messenger when talking to my BetFury contact persons. In a few words, I wasn`t happy that people were forced to join telegram and get support on there instead of getting help from the actual on-site support.
A few minutes ago, I saw the following message and I am very happy about that - it`s the only way to go and that`s how a serious and professional casino operator should handle support. Thumbs up to BetFury for "listening" to feedback and doing this in my opinion very important change.
