For some people, to have "4 billions of $ or 4.01 billions of $" does not made any difference (just random numbers...), specially if you are doing it just for "fun", witch seems the case...anyways, greedy people will never have enought of anything...

Btw ofc, he is free to do it and wasted his time and money where he want, but again, this type of people who can "change things", should wasted his time and his money on better things...
