It doesn't have something related to the ethereum. ETC was not yet pumped since a long time ago and that's a common thing when ETC gets pumped so hard.
I would not be surprised to see ETC was going to the moon like ethereum. Remember that any fork coin will be following the movement that already created by the real coin. I think that's the main point.
This is just another pump scheme created by the whale. ETC didn't have strong fundamental and that's it
