I wouldn't say that. This is a good book for recreational players. 99% of my withdrawals have been instant. They may have something going on with the system right now or may be checking things manually. My main complaint with this book is the lack of an immediately-reachable support agent. We have to come hear and wait hours/days to get a response. I also don't love the live betting platform where they have 30 seconds to decide whether to accept a bet or not, but I've learned to live with it.
