I Hereby declare the u.s. government military command team to be incompetent and unfit for service.

It is necessary to create a temporary interim military command.

Until that is done i will be giving this order under that capacity.

You are hereby authorized to locate the source of the direct energy weapon attacks using any means available.
You are also authorized to destroy these targets and any hostiles using any and all necessary force up to and including tactical(low yield) nuclear devices.
