I dont think we should allege scam exit if the funds are safe. Exchange have developed to keep funds away from the platform for safety on any hack attack. So any known attack are use as medium to fortify the exchanges however it stealing personal details from cant ruled out. Asides security on Decentralized exchanges, personal details are safe which is an edge to CEX
