Hi, I got 32k /12k Euro Minereum in my trust wallet. I totally forget about this wallet. There is a chance to exchange MNE to BTC or eth/doge/ or any other altcoin for quick cashout? I cannot see Minereum on the main exchange like Binance, Poloniex, Bittrex, etc.

If you never see this coin at the exchange you've mentioned in the above, that means possible the coins was already delisted in the platform exchange. However, here it is still listed at the CMC
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/minereum/ but I have no idea in which of the exchange platform does the MNE listed so far. And I don't think it has a potential to hold in the long term as well too.
