I'm curious to know what is the process for getting our rank upgraded in the campaign spreadsheet. I have also recently become a full member and I would like to be upgraded inside the campaign whenever a full member position is available in tier D.
You have to wait until a spot is available (someone leaves the campaign or is kicked out, etc.).
I have also been a full member for a while but I am still in the member colummn because no spots have opened in the full member column. I have been able to rank up from tier B, though. So, if you wait and remain in the campaign, you will end up earning more because eventually some spots will become available.
