YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT IN YOUR HANDS. Who in their right mind is going to pay you 8 BTC for the CHANCE that AMT fulfills the order? There are many cheaper options out there at this point, and delivering.
Ask AMT for a straight up refund. This "resell to other buyers, middleman" bullshit isn't even legal. They HAVE to honor a refund at this point. At the very least shouldn't you get the $160 EXPEDITED shipping back? They are LATE!
