This doesn't belong in meta board. Move it to scam accusations

There is no way of getting those funds if you sent to them except having to arrest the scammers. Additionally, there is no possible punishment that could hurt them since you don't know who they actually are.

Maybe you could report their groups and channels to telegram as scam so that they (telegram team) can mark their channels as scam.
