I see some notification say "I not allow to do withdraw" and I came to customer service they say I'm using multy account (I think this is some mistake because I using dinabot to move my coin from primedice to stake by tip from dinabot).

I'm not very familiar with Dinabot but by googling, I can see it's a third-party bot and since PrimeDice and Stake are two different platforms, I can only assume that the tipping is being done through the bot's owner accounts? If so (and I could be wrong), that's probably what caused your account to be locked. I suggest writing an email instead of using the live chat, explain everything in detail and hope for the best.
Yes dinabot is a 3rd party service but I do not think it is the one that makes his account got blocked since I believe there are many users uses dinabot. Dinabot has been operating for more than 2 years if I remember it correctly and I have not seen any cases where players get blocked because of using dinabot.
