I'm not very familiar with Dinabot but by googling, I can see it's a third-party bot and since PrimeDice and Stake are two different platforms, I can only assume that the tipping is being done through the bot's owner accounts? If so (and I could be wrong), that's probably what caused your account to be locked. I suggest writing an email instead of using the live chat, explain everything in detail and hope for the best.
Primedice and Stake are two different platforms but both are operated by same owner. Dinabot works through API and it works with the permission of casino owner. I don't think there will be any problem like this for using dinabot. Exchange/coin transfer happens automatically through the Dinabot (Dinabot account at stake) account at both site. Plenty of users use Dinabot service.

I'm using Dinabot service since September 2019 and never faced any problem for using it. Probably there is other reason behind the issue of that user. He will receive quicker reply from live support, for better and detailed information he should go through the mail support (support@stake.com).
