You are absolutely not right. This Bounty Manager has every project scam how did you say that. He has come up with many big projects and we have worked on many of his projects. I have received a good amount of payment from many projects. However, a few of his projects were scam projects, all of which happen to bounty managers, so there's nothing to be surprised about.
