I do find it strange that an alt coin requires someone of influence to mention it just once for it's dependent to either survive or die.

Hackers could target him thanks to his massive investments which is why he should have stayed anonymous in my opinion. He is one fearless and gutsy guy.
I think he is a hodler as well.
But I also think it is because the platform he is using to hold those doge doesn't allow him to make a simple withdrawal as they have had issues in the past with alot of their customers when they want to initiate a withdrawal the system is down.
Or it simply is like paypal and their crypto wallets where you can buy the crypto but can not do anything with it.
This I do not know as I am not one of their customers.
