1) they cannot maintain their shit network
2) hopeless in getting to a decent exchange and even more hopeless getting BTC traded to their shit, therefore will attempt uniswap to scam people out of the next best thing out there which is ETH.

1. Network is "fine" as in it has been running for the last 10+ years. ERC20 isn't needed, just helps considering there is no development team currently working on HBN features + wallet.
