Regarding the mined amount ... basically is quite impossible to predict what would be a good rate because of the difficulty jumping around all the time ... some blocks can take hours and some can take minutes, nothing wrong with your setup as long as you don't get a high reject rate

I guess it's just piCoin is being grumpy
