Elon. Binance has nothing with this pump. Did you remember when DOGE listed on binance it was only same price? It was only 25-30 sats, nothing more than that. After Elon keep pushing about Doge on his twitter, people are like going crazy ask him whenever and how to buy Doge, without learn about it first and know about it. People blatantly put their money into something they don't know which just only said by elon, while there are lot of promising altcoin
